 The Disney Animated Movie Quiz 


The quiz I decided to take was the Disney Animated Movie Quiz and scored 44/63 on it.  That score as a percentage is a 70%, while the average out of the 237 that have taken the quiz is 42%.  The quiz was set up as a written quiz instead of a multiple choice question quiz because you had to write in the movies for which year they were created based on their popularity.  You also have 10 minutes to try and complete the list.  This quiz is testing your knowledge on whether or not you know your movies.  Being what I consider myself a "Disney Adult," I have seen a majority of these movies, but not all.  Some of the movies that made the list compared to most surprised me, as well as many people in the comments.  They started listing what they saw as the "classics" compared to what was on the list.  To complete this quiz is not hard, you must have a general knowledge of all Disney movies, but completing the whole list without repetition or at least forgetting one seems impossible.  Compared to what the comments say, I believe that this is an acceptable quiz, with acceptable answers that will help you along with the movies.

    I also did a Disney quiz for my post, since I've grown up watching most of them. I think after taking the quiz I was a bit surprised at how many I had missed/forgotten. But I think you did a pretty good job considering the set-up of the quiz. - Shahina

Source 1: A Pencil Shop, for Texting the Old-Fashioned Way      The article that was analyzed was the New York Times article “A Pencil Shop, for Texting the Old-Fashioned Way,” written by Molly Young. The article was published in 2015, a source used as not only entertainment but with an educational factor.  She is also trying to show the uniqueness a pencil brings, compared to other writing utensils like a pen. The author's project in this article is to show the historical use of the pencil, but also how over time pencils aren’t as big of a use anymore.  The author compares the use of a pencil to a fax machine, and how both have use but now there are things seen as “better.” When the pencil first came about, it was extraordinary, but over time people do not view the pencil as such.
